Oh My Clean UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional cleaning services across the UK, including domestic and commercial cleaning. Our website is operated for the purpose of providing information, quotes, and bookings.

2. Services

We offer a range of cleaning services which may include but are not limited to:

• Domestic cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• End of tenancy cleaning

• Commercial cleaning

• One-off and regular cleaning services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Quotes

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

• Final pricing may change if the property condition differs from the description given.

• A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted the job and agreed a date/time.

  
  

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

• We may require a deposit for larger or commercial jobs.

• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  
  

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Failure to provide access to the property may result in a charge.

  
  

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

• Safe access to the property is provided

• Electricity and water are available where required

• Valuables are stored securely prior to cleaning

  
  

7. Liability

We are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

• Items not securely fixed or already damaged

• Loss of items not reported prior to service

  
  

8. Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with any service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
